Sarah has some trouble with her bunkmates. She decides to pretend like she is drowning in the lake in order to get their attention. However, things take a turn and her plan leads her to trouble with a ghost. Summary of the Book Sarah hates Camp Cold Lake and cannot wait to get out of there. To top this, she has been having trouble with her bunkmates who do not like her. In order to get their attention and make them accept her, she decides to stage an accident. The plan is to pretend to drown in the lake. Sounds like a simple plan, and she seems quite confident about carrying it out. However, she is in for an unpleasant surprise as there is someone in the lake who has been watching her; a ghost with pale blue eyes and a translucent body. The ghost’s name is Della and she intends on keeping Sarah as her friend for eternity. Sarah is in trouble now and regrets her plan.
