The book consists of twelve chapters starting off with an introduction to the basics of law and taking the reader through the theory behind formulation of law and legalities and also the various branches of law discussing their application and applicability in the Indian healthcare system. The latter part of the book deals with the constitutional angle of healthcare in India and also deals with the system of health care administration in India. The final part of this book dissects the statutory provisions pertaining to health care.
