About S. Manikutty Sankaran Manikutty is an Electrical and Mechanical Engineer, a former member of the faculty of IIM Ahmedabad, a member of the Editorial Board of Vikalpa, the IIM Ahmedabad Journal and an expert in the subject of Business Policy and Strategy. He is also the Regional Editor of European Journal of International Management (EJIM), overseeing the Asia and the Pacific regions. A graduate of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (London) and the Institution of Electrical Engineers (London), he completed his Ph.D. in Management (Fellow Programme) from the Indian Institute of Ahmedabad. He has worked for several years in the Indian Railways, first as a mechanical engineer and later as a Professor in the in-house training college at Baroda.
