This travelogue novel was your first in Hindi and has recently been translated into English in June 2022. These are compilation of your letters to your wife (Prem Sharma - our mother and grandmother) whilst you travelled between India and Ann Arbour, Michigan USA for your MA and subsequent PhD degrees in Library Science. The letters were written between 29 April 1953 and 19 October 1954.Your children and grandchildren - we express our gratitude. Your love, patience and words of wisdom throughout your living years have been our guiding light. It is already in our hearts and living memory.We also learned the value of hard work. Your love and compassion are embedded in our hearts and soul.Thank you for believing in us, even when we didn’t believe in ourselves today.
