Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He received his Ph.D, M.Phil and M.A degrees from the Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. He has 8 years of teaching experience in undergraduate courses in Political Science. He has authored one book and edited three books. He has contributed research papers to various referred Journals. He has presented many research papers in different International; National as well as State Level seminars/conferences. He has the privilege of visiting Thailand and Nepal for research works.
