I have written this book for MBA, PGDM, BBA and Management Students, in this book I have discussed about Organization and Organizational behaviour , Perception and Individual decision making, Personality and Attitude, Motivation, Stress, Leadership, Organization structure, Conflict management . Also discussed about organization planning & development. This book is very helpful for the management students for preparation of NTA –NET Or other Government / semi –govt. and other examinations.
