The Uttaradhyayana formula has been calculated as the first basic formula. It is an important text of Jain literature. The second chapter is the attempt to reveal the place of Uttaradhyayana-sutra in Jain literature, its creator and its antiquity. The great men who have contributed to the development of Jainism, some of those distinguished dignitaries (Slaka Purush) have been mentioned in the Uttaradhyayana Sutra. In the third chapter, the historical analysis of the material related to these great men has been done. Apart from this, on the basis of the story and dialogues mentioned in the Uttaradhyayana Sutra, an attempt has been made to explain the religious and philosophical ideas contained therein in this chapter. The proposed theme of the fourth chapter is to present the outline of Jain federal life. An attempt has been made in this chapter to present the introduction of Jain Sangh-Bheda and other Jain sects from a historical point of view. Jainism is mainly based on ethical principles. Through self-purification and pure conduct, a person is free from the filth of karma and is entitled to attain salvation. To achieve this objective, the purpose of the fifth chapter is to present a detailed discussion of the necessary rules and bye-laws whose legislation is proposed in Jainism. The main theme of the sixth chapter is related to philosophy. The relationship between religion and philosophy is inseparable. In fact, philosophy represents the ultimate truths of life and the world and the nature of Jainism is also based on specific philosophical beliefs related to the world of life. In this chapter the esoteric elements of Jain philosophy, such as; The detailed explanation of creation, living being, non-living, karma theory and lesya etc. is presented. In the seventh chapter, a representation of the then society and culture has been done based on the Uttaradhyayana-sutra. Although the main subject matter of this sutra is related to religion and philosophy, yet the life of the then social is reflected in the stories mentioned in the context and in various contexts. The eighth and last chapter is of the concluding part, in which an attempt is made to highlight the achievements of the entire study. The present text is based on the Uttaradhyayana Sutra, but with the aim of making it more useful, the general but essential facts of Jainism-philosophy, such as earlier Jain literature, biography of prominent Tirthankaras, federal life, Jain sect, other ethical rules, world, Substances etc. have also been included, which is the original Uttaradhyayan.........
