Astrology is a very ancient and mysterious science. No one can fully study this science. It is not only material science but it is a science whose basis is religious and spiritual. So it is essential. That an astrologer should also be imbued with satvik and spiritual ideology. Astrology is the science of probabilities based on survey and experience. Astrology has been explained in the Vedas in the form of sub-veda and it has been expressed as the science of time calculation and time measurement.
