Handloom sarees are a traditional textile art of Bangladesh and India.The most current trend in handloom products is to mix old designs with new techniques to create more innovative products. The design implemented in this saree is termed as "madhyamani" in bengali culture, where embellished temple design made through out the middle of the sari. The green and black colour renders an ethnic look to the saree.
