Product Price Comparison
Horse Gram is also known as Kollu, Kulthi Dal, Kaanam, gahat, huruli and Ulavalu in other languages. Kulthi dal is mostly grown in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, M.P., C.G. and other parts of India. It has the highest calcium content among pulses and is the richest source of vegetarian protein. The horse gram is normally used to feed horses, though it is also commonly used in cooking. Kollu is not as popular as other grams, but is still one of the most nutritious legumes.
