In 2008, I came to New Delhi to learn Chinese. The more I studied about China, the more curious I became to know more about China’s unique kind of governance mechanism, market economy, and legal system. To understand China, I resorted to China’s legal study to understand it.In 21st century, China has emerged as one of the global power and influencing the developing world with its unique governance and economic mechanisms. China is more focused on strengthening the bilateral and multilateral relations with the developing countries of Global south. Furthermore, at global platform, China is trying to promote a Chinese characterised socialist theory on law, human rights, politics, and market; and enlist developing countries support for Chinese diplomatic priorities at global platform.
