Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia was the only thinker, philosopher and expert pragmatist scholar of socialism, who had experienced socialist thinking in practice in a foreign land before India became independent and had run the socialist cell of Congress. That's why, despite being subordinate, he registered his participation in the leadership of the Confederation.I thought, how will pre-independence dreams be cultivated once the country becomes independent? How can the consciousness of struggle be realized from the fallow land? How will the unrealistic direction and vision be tied? How will the thousands of years of stingy, mutilated, cursed and frustrated public vision be prepared for democracy? The then socialist Pt. Nehru Jaiprakash Narayan, Acharya Kripalani etc. of Dr. Lohia's time were thinking in this direction, but as the country became independent, it started disappearing.
