Maharaja Man Singh Pustak Prakash is known for its collection and preservation of manuscripts on yoga worldwide. In collaboration with Rajasthan Oriental Research Institute, Jodhpur, Pustak Prakash organised a three-day National Seminar on “Nath Sampradaya and its Literature” in 1997. The research articles written in this seminar stemmed from a set of 25-30 manuscripts available at Man Singh Pustak Prakash. The interest in this topic remained intact and ever-growing leading to the reprint of those articles back in 2008. I strongly believe the interest surrounding this topic is undoubtedly an aftereffect of the conference and the credit for this farsightedness goes to Maharaja Man Singh Pustak Prakash. I Hope that the summaries provided by Pustak Prakash of some of the little-known yet crucial Nath manuscripts will trigger further interest in the upcoming generation of researchers which would make these preliminary efforts successful. I am sure that this short research work present in this publication would open up new ways for scholars to explore this topic in the future. – Dr. D.B. Kshirsagar
