A good flatware set is essential (unless you're more into eating with your hands...). Let's face it: It can be super frustrating when your fork or spoon is too big or too small, too heavy or too light, or hey if you just find your silverware plain old ugly. We all have preferences, even when it comes to eating utensils. Buying new cutlery may not be high up there on your list of things to do, but you should probably reconsider if you want to make your nightly dinners feel more like five-star dining than a run to the fast food joint. A good flatware set will last for years, so consider it more of an investment.
