Today, we live in a time of the reigning masculine that has found its ways to negate embodiment by glorifying and overstaying in the light (mind-ego) cycle, and forgetting or resisting its way into the dark (body-death). It has given rise to an insatiable longing in the human ego to become bigger than Nature by defying the body’s death, aging, and need for rest. We have forgotten to slow down, and cool down. It feels like the whole world is navigating and enacting this Ego suffering in every aspect. The secret of Human awakening lies in the Expansion of this Limited Ego-Identity, acknowledgement of the Death-Life-Death cycle, and the integration of the Dark-Unconscious-Feminine in the body while navigating the Masculine through Life & Light. The cyclic cosmic layered knowing of nature can be experienced in the phenomenology of a woman’s biology. It is embedded in her menstruation cycle. On a daily basis, it informs, influences, and initiates her relationship with her physical, emotional, psychological (intellectual), spiritual, social (relationships), and creative needs - within and with the outside. This Blood Moon Journal supports Women to awaken into her Menstrual Knowing - consciously navigate her descent into Death (the Unconscious Dark Feminine), ascent into Life (the Conscious Light Masculine). In doing so, she can meet her own life in a way that fulfils her embodied purpose in the world, and also, birth an awakened embodied life on this planet.
