How to use 1 . Take out the original insole first. 2. Compare the original insole with Breathable Insoles; please pay attention to the alignment from the heel. 3. After aligning, mark with a pen on insole along the position of the insole itself, or compare the reference line. 4. Cut off the excess part along the line (or reference line) drawn on insole. Note: Only cut the front and not the back.
