The pretty pink crystals are as delightful on the tongue as they are to the eyes. Be it a salad, or chaat, or even a curry- the punch from this beauty is next to none other and surpasses the flat notes of white salt by many a measure. Traces of Iron that give the crystals their signature hue, coupled with specks of calcium, potassium and magnesium, make it slightly lower in sodium than regular table salt. Gentle on the skin, & on the stomach, it even slows down ageing and balances the body’s PH levels rather well! Time to make the switch? Well, yes! Usage- Pink salt can be used as a table sprinkler, or even as a cooking substitute to regular salt. Freshly crushed, or powdered- it tastes top-notch either way!
