Thanks to my mother-in-law, Ethel Reed, for teaching me how to make quilts. In this small book I have enjoyed piecing together a few experiences and memories from parts of my life, and it reminds me of piecing together a quilt. When my life quilt is finished perhaps one of my descendants will discover what life was like for me years ago.
