This consciousness acquired through a variety of ways, like spread of education, News Papers, contacts with outside world, the participation of Jammu people in two World Wars, emergence of socio - political organisation and above all by the feelings that they are being exploited and denied their rights by privileged and powerful. T rust Jammu 1900 to 1994. She worked as a Lecturer in Udhampur Women College form 1994-1995 and in Rajouri Degree College from 1995 to 1996 AND 1996 to 1997 as an adhoc basis. She has a long teaching experience of different schools and colleges.
