Myers is a prominent author, financial consultant, and a Professor of Finance at Sloan School of Management, MIT. He has co-authored many books including, Capital Investment And Valuation, and Financing and Risk Management. As a former research associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research, and President of The American Finance Association, Dr. Myers conducted research in the areas of valuation methods, financing decisions, and the cost of capital. Franklin Allen is the former scientific adviser at the Sveriges Riksbank, the central bank of Sweden, and is presently, the Nippon Life Professor of Finance and Economics, at Wharton Business School, University Of Pennsylvania.
