Dr Isthaque Ahmed is an imminent linguist who worked in the field of linguistics and explored works on many Indo-Aryan and Tibeto-Burman languages. He was a lecturer at the University of Dammam, Saudi Arabia, from 2009 to 2013. Dr Isthaque’s PhD work in Linguistics gave a new eye to the neo-linguistics and ELT students. Presently, he is working as a lecturer at Silchar Polytechnic, where he is exploring and endeavouring to bring new light to ELT. This book is a humble attempt to describe the modern techniques, and scope of ELT in the present world.
