The canvas material is pretty strong.Cost wise its a perfect buy for begginers.Can easily be used as a both punching and kicking bag. too good for kicking but begginers can practice basic kicks like roundhouse easily and conveniently.It comes unfilled, so better make arrangements for filling it.For rookies here is tip.You can fill it using old clothes and rags too.
