He was directly recruited as Head Constable in Communication in 1988 and remained the best cadet in his training. At present he is working in Delhi Police as Sub-Inspector. During his service he did his Masters in Political Science and English, M. Phil in English and PhD in English. He travelled across India and attended more than thirty UGC sponsored national and international seminars. He has chaired sessions at international seminars and also remained Resource Person and Key Note Speaker in many seminars. He has above forty research papers including nine poems and a short story in his credit.
