The success of any campaign requires hard work, blessing and support. I owe it all to the Almighty God who bestowed the wisdom and perseverance upon me during my work. I pray to the Almighty for His guidance and mercy in all my life and hereafter. My book represents not only my hard work but also the blessing and cooperation of some precious persons who came in my life because of God's grace. Although writing a few words on a piece of paper is not a sufficient way of acknowledging those who have motivated and helped me in the completion of this thesis, yet I would like to put on record my thankfulness to them.
