This book presents empirical knowledge of the author, in wide and varied fields of human behaviour, acquired over six decades of his life. In our day-to-day life we come across sarcasm and sarcastic people, sycophancy and sycophants, laziness and lazy people, selfishness and selfish people, terrorism and terrorists, and so on. Here the author’s efforts have been directed towards bringing into focus some aspects of these commonplace but unique, and interesting topics. Most of the subjects are randomly picked from untrodden realms. His perspective on all these issues is very peculiar and he has treated them in his inimitable style. The essays are enriched with mini-parables, proverbs and sporadic sprinkle of subtle satire and humour at appropriate places.
