The book traces and analyzes the causes that have fragmented the human society into warring groups. The main causes are religion and family-line (social hierarchy). Religion has been the cause of wars between nations all over the world. Social hierarchy led to economic and social disparity in the past and is still playing a nasty role in Asian countries, especially India. Religion, Family-line and Indian Polity suggests ways to achieve the goal of universal brotherhood all over the world and revive the glory of India of the Mauryan and Gupta periods—the periods of peace and prosperity when we led the world through the universities of Taxila, Nalanda and Vikramshila.
