The book offers practical plans and ideas of spiritual, intellectual, and social empowerment, including that of H.E.M. Club ¿ (Homework/Environment/Mentor), an educational curriculum developed by the author, and associated programming detailed in the book as a plan of support to children, families, education, the natural environment and American society in general. The author identifies ways in which governmental, educational and social systems can utilize this program as a "focal point" for networking resources, to effect expeditious and positive change... a process the author terms to be...the Resurrection of America.
