In the morning, boil the water with herbs till it remains half. Leave it to cool naturally for several minutes or an hour, then rub the herbs in water and filter the filtrate and discard residues. Now, take filtrate and add sugar and honey in it. Boil it and make Qiwam (basic solution of particular consistency). Now, grind it until it becomes white.
