It's so amazingly comfortable.. thought it's a one size fit all product from size 30 to 38..but it did work well for me..I am waist 32..n I just wanted to tone my lower belly..It's not like those shapes which will suffocate you..with this u can spend the entire day without any discomfort..must buy...
