Stepped ring stretcher Very easy to use Slide ring onto steps until snug fit, slide top bar into mandrel , hammer softly and check after each tap. Before use apply a little fairy liquid to the top bar, makes it a lot easier to open after tapping. Covers sizes from 16.5mm - 24.5mm Brass fibre hammer included .
