This Book offers the linking of e-urban governance with Service Quality Management (Sqm) is highly desirable in the sense that every effort should be made to improve the quality of services being delivered by the municipal institutions. e- Governance in this regard could be a boon that would positively impact the service quality management of our Municipal Corporation. The quality of services being delivered by municipal institutions is of immense significance. Deploying technology and utilizing the ICT l for urban governance has ushered a new era of improved pace, transparency, responsiveness, and accountability in the municipal public service delivery. E-Governance further promotes the connectivity between Government to Citizen (G-C), Citizen to Government (C-G) and creates effective service quality management orientation in the municipal bodies, which is crucial for realizing the objectives of democratic decentralization. Therefore, this study is an attempt to explore in a comprehensive manner the service quality management (Sqm) framework of municipal institutions and the role of e-Governance in strengthening the urban governance process through empirical perspective and comparative analysis.
