Like the original Carolina Reaper, the Gold variant has a fruity aroma that can be reminiscent of cherries and chocolate. The fruits are about 2-3 cm wide and 5-7 cm long. The plant can reach a growth height of around 90-120 cm and produces a large number of fruits. The very spicy chili is often used to flavor sauces and hot dishes. However, due to its extreme sharpness, it should be used sparingly and with caution.
