This book shall certainly help the reader i.e. mainly concerning the students for entering the Hotel Industry and then over and above the managers who have ultimately to solve the day to day guest??s problems and queries by going through numerous types of situations and their ultimate, precise crisp solutions, thus managing the activities in very affirmative manner. Time is changing day by day, thus ultimately giving rise to Industrialization which caused the inventory of categorized hotels to go up. Since all the students are aspiring for the best and more competitive positions, I have given variety of departmental questions with answers which shall certainly help the students to get through the interviews, exclusively meant for placements and other relevant discussions. Considering all the growing needs of Hospitality Industry, this creation of mine is divided into six parts. The first part of this book has got all the introductory matter i.e. the Foreword, Preface and Acknowledgment. Next four parts i.e. 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th are full of very commonly occurring situations pertaining to Front Office, Night Club, Room Service and Housekeeping departments respectively. The sixth part of this book is full of commonly asked question with answers pertaining to Wine and Liquor, Restaurant and obviously the Food Production. I am sure, this book is going to help the reader immensely and further more I request to the reader to come out with more relevant ideas so that the same can be added in the revised edition of this creation soon.
