It’s always fun to go on holidays, and that’s exactly what a good doctor and well-known coroner set out for when he went on a holiday. However, he gets caught in some big trouble and it is doubtful whether will ever return from his holiday. Summary of the Book Dr. Siri is off on an all-expenses-paid holiday to the northern mountains of Laos. Also, he has worked his techniques in getting his nearest and dearest ones to accompany him. They are going to be assisted by a funded search by the US that is out on a search for Boyd Bowry, a lost pilot. It is said that he has been missing since his aircraft was downed in 1968. However, the search is not taken too seriously by Siri and he suspects that the pilot probably died when the aircraft exploded. It is only a while before he realizes that there are ulterior motives within the group. Siri realizes that he is caught in something really big that goes way back.
