Sony original batteries are not cheap. The original version of this is available at 2500+. When i saw that it is available at less than 1000, i knew it that it is not original. Since my requirement was to have extra batteries as i was going for a trip so i thought that it would be fine to use duplicate batteries till the date it get exhausted. I ordered 2 batterries.
