Refrigerate and your Rabdi is ready to be enjoyed on its own or as an accompaniment or garnish for Malpua, Jilebi or Shahi Tukda. You could make Kesar Pista Kulfi by freezing shahi rabdi mixture in a flat aluminium vessel or in moulds.
