Emotions are complex experiences of mind, body and behaviour. They add meaning to our life. All emotions are worthy since they shape our life right from the start to the end. Emotions are always pure; they never lie. But not all are blessed to express their hidden packets of emotions; they think it may be stupid.Whether stupid or not, EMOTIONS are only way to express ourselves.
