Vikas Verma, an average student from a middle-class family, is filled with excitement as he graduates from school and steps into college. His world is simple—filled with friends, dreams, and the newfound freedom of adulthood. Despite a strict and religious father, a politically active mother, and an affectionate yet complex family, Vikas finds joy in small moments, especially with his close-knit group of friends.On his first day at college, Vikas meets Varsha Shrivastava, a beautiful and confident girl who captures his heart at first sight. Initially, their interactions are minimal, but over time, they develop an unspoken connection. Their love story is not grand but built on subtle gestures, glances, and growing emotions. However, fate has other plans. Influenced by her friends and societal expectations, Varsha starts distancing herself from Vikas, leading to his emotional downfall.Heartbroken, Vikas loses interest in college and stops attending. Meanwhile, his family undergoes turmoil—his elder brother gets married and leaves, their father falls into a coma and eventually dies, and his mother struggles with health issues. Overwhelmed by pain and helplessness, Vikas intentionally fails his exams and decides to leave everything behind, setting out for Mumbai in search of a new life.
