A little girl has been found dead with the word ‘Unwanted’ written on her forehead. This book is about the search of a ruthless killer. Summary of the Book A little girl has been abducted from a crowded train in Sweden. Though there could have been many witnesses, not one person seemed to have noticed when the girl was taken. It is also strange that the girl’s mother was left behind in the previous station. The train crew was keeping a watchful eye on the little girl, but no one knew where she was when the train pulled into Stockholm Central Station. Alex Recht, an inspector, and his team of federal investigators, are assigned to a custody row. They are accompanied by Frederika Bergman, an investigative analyst. However, they soon find the body of the little girl somewhere in the northern side of Sweden. The body has the word ‘Unwanted’ scribbled on the forehead. The investigation turns out to be a nightmare and the investigators are now aware that they are in search of an intelligent and ruthless killer.
