Red okra (Lal Bhindi) is similar to green okra, but the only difference is in color. Red ladyfinger is unknown and not easily available in our local market. This variety of okra is not only expensive because it is not easily available in local areas, but it contains more nutrients than green okra. Red Okra or Lady Finger is not only a great addition to your diet, but also looks lovely during the growing season because of its beautiful flowers.
