Sutarfeni (mithi dudh phinni- finni) is a specialty from Gujarat and one of the most famous desserts all across India. The flaky sweet is made with shredded phyllo (filo pastry sheet/rice flour sheets) roasted in ghee, soaked in sugar water to form a cotton candy, and topped with kesar (saffron). This is so delicious, you might end up saying ‘Garvi Gujarat’!
