The book is helpful for the readers to explore the multifaceted dimensions of VPN and Cybercrime, ranging from understanding VPN infrastructure and its utilization, Dark Web, the Cert-In guidelines for VPN services affecting right to privacy of individuals, model law on e-commerce crimes & anti spam law to international perspective on cyber crime. We examine the ways in which Cert-In guidelines are affecting the right to privacy. We have also tried to outline the ways in which Enforcement Agencies should utilize the VPN tools in order to curb the cyber crime in this digital battlefield.
