This book titled Water Resources Engineering has been written specially to cater to the needs of the courses offered to undergraduate students of civil engineering of G.B.T.U. Lucknow and M.D.U. Rohtak. The main objective of the book is to put forward an engineering textbook that is read by the students with interest and enthusiasm as the contents are self-instructive. The book shall also be found helpful by theundergraduate and post graduate students pertaining to other universities and colleges. This book entails all basic principles of Water resources engineering including elementary engineering hydrology and irrigation engineering.The book has been divided into five chapters on the lines of the syllabi of the course ECE 702 of 7th semester of GBTU with each chapter supported by solved examples, review questions and numerical problems for the readers to get good understanding and grasp of the subject.
