He has filed a number of cases before the High Courts, Supreme Court and National Green Tribunal on the subject.He has undertaken extensive studies of economic thought of ancient India. He has written about 15 books on various subjects relating to ancient Indian thought and economics. He writes a weekly column on political economy which is published in about 50 newspapers in five languages in India. About The Author: Bharat Jhunjhunwala was born in a family having interest in sugar, paper and electronic industries. He acquired his doctoral degree in Food and Resource Economics from University of Florida at the age of 23. He joined Indian Institute of Management, Banagalore as an Assistant Professor.
