This novel describes the last era of government of neopolin bona part. In 1812 he attacks on Russia with 4 hundreds thousands army and occupied over Russia. But after that there was a lot of destruction, so he back to Paris in 1813 with army of 1 hundred thousand. And England found out that the army of his has been shrunk then they attack on him. This novel describes how he ruined his own government.
