Regarding Shipping

We ship most of the orders on the same business day. Depending upon the shipping area it takes another 2-10 transit days for the item to reach you. Certain items/locations may require a longer lead time. We will inform you in advance if your order requires additional time for delivery. Shopclues will provide you a courier tracking numbe so you can track the status of your item. We deliver all over India. We try to deliver sooner but cannot promise an earlier date because of all the logistical constraints and government procedures involved.

Regarding Service of Water Purifiers / RO System

> If you are going to install personally, please check how the filters/membrane is installed earlier & how your flow restrictor was working and pump flow (PSI) was working which is highly required for membrane to work like Flow restrictor, pump , cleaned membrane housing and of drain and drinking water outlet correct connection.

> If installation will be done any technician or any service centre, then read the following points before placing the order: Always fix minimum service charges with technician for Servicing of your RO system, and ask him to do the service, without letting him know that you already have filters, membrane and other parts. Once he let you know the exact problem and give you the list of items which is needed to be replaced, that time you let him know that you have the items already.

> For better life of filters/membrane please use your water purifier in night and in morning only when the temperature of the water is not above 34 degree and below 2-3 degree & also change the filters on every 6 months.
