Golden Shudh Himalyan Cow Desi Ghee

Golden Shudh Cow Ghee is made from curd, not milk cream. The freshly sourced Himalyan Cow milk is boiled and set to curd, the curd is then hand-churned bi-directionally to obtain butter. The butter is separated and heated slowly to obtain our grainy textured and aromatic Ghee.
