Katyayani Beauveria Bioinsecticide Overview: Katyayani Beauveria contains spores and mycelial fragments of Beauveria bassiana (white muscardine fungus), available in wettable powder and liquid formulations. It effectively controls insect pests worldwide. Mode of Action: When the spores contact an insect, they germinate and penetrate through the spiracle into the hosts body, draining nutrients and causing death within 7 to 10 days. This bioinsecticide acts through direct contact, enhancing crop health while being eco-friendly. Effective Against: Targets pests from Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, Hemiptera, Hymenoptera, and Diptera families, including borers, cutworms, root grubs, mealybugs, leafhoppers, whiteflies, aphids, thrips, and pseudo weevils. Dosage & Application: Soil Application: Mix 35 kg with 200 kg organic manure per acre; for tree crops, mix 20 g with 1 kg manure at the base. Foliar Spray: Mix 20 g in 8 liters of water for 10 kg per hectare; spray on foliage in the evening, targeting the undersides of leaves.
