Katyayani CARTAZEN is a broad-spectrum insecticide formulated with a powerful combination of Cartap Hydrochloride (50%) and Buprofezin (10%) WP. This dual-action formulation provides quick knockdown as well as long-lasting residual control, making it highly effective for pest management in paddy crops.

Mode of Action:

• Cartap Hydrochloride (50%): A pro-pesticide derived from the natural toxin nereistoxin. It disrupts cholinergic transmission in the central nervous system of pests, causing paralysis and death. Exhibits systemic, stomach, and contact action for rapid pest elimination.

• Buprofezin (10%): A growth regulator that interferes with hormonal balance and prostaglandin synthesis, inhibiting development of nymphs and immature stages. Provides extended residual control for long-term protection.
