Kawatch Laptop Protection Plan can be purchased with new and also old Laptops. After the purchase, the plan needs to be activated by customer within 15 days from its purchase date. The Activation Code that comes with the purchase of the plan box is needed to activate the plan. It will be available in the form of a scratch card in the box. A notification will also be sent through SMS or e-mail regarding the process. Please ensure that your SHOPCLUES account has your valid email ID in use, so that the Activation process can be made available via email. Free doorstep pick-up and drop service for your registered Laptop. Make Unlimited claims during the tenure of your purchased plan. In the case of a loss of the laptop, it is the mandate of the Customer to notify KAWATCH, within 48 hours of the time of the incident. All related and required documents pertaining to any kind of claim to be submitted to KAWATCH for a smooth and an authenticated claim process. Cashless transactions and no hand-to hand cash payments in any time of the process. Repairs done at our own service centres. Additional charges may apply. Protection plan is valid for one year only on one registered laptop for all Accidental Damages, Drops, Hardware Failures, Liquid Spills and Electrical Surges for covered laptops. Real time claim status available through KAWATCH website Plan is applicable for all laptops aged between 1 day to 10 years, covering major brands like Acer, Asus, Dell. Sony, Lenovo, Samsung, Toshiba and HP. You can purchase the plan at the time of buying the laptop or within 10 years from the date of manufacture.
